ITL Technologies offers a range of Management Services across their Solution and Product set offerings. The Manage Service function comprises of two parts, Futures and Real-time.

Futures
Futures, focuses on the longer term strategic improvement of the Clients IT environment. ITL’s Account Management Team, work with our Clients and focus on the long-term planning and improvement of their IT environment. Examples of the tasks involved include :
 

  • Fit for Purpose. Ensuring that the Infrastructure Network capability delivers and even exceeds the Clients business requirements.
  • Utilise our extensive experience in network design to minimise the negative impact of downtime on our Clients business.
  • Making sure that our Clients have the appropriate IT capacity to serve their internal and external customers needs at all times.

Real-time
Real-time focuses on the day to day ongoing operations and support of the Clients network. Typical tasks are:
 

  • Network Moves, Adds and Changes.
  • Maintaining all Client As Built Documentation, Drawings, Test Results and O&M Manuals.
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of multiple platforms on Clients sites e.g Wintel, Sun, IBM.

There are 3 ways that the above work is delivered.
 

  • Site Visits
  • Remote Access
  • ITL Staff permanently located on our Clients sites.

In conjunction with our Clients, ITL Technologies designs and delivers Manage Services that ‘Best Fit” our Clients business requirements.
